Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery (not order date)
  • The product must be in its original condition — not damaged by misuse
  • The cover must be included (and may be washed before returning)
  • The vibration unit must be free of physical damage caused by the buyer

Normal wear from product use does not disqualify a return. If the product arrived damaged or defective, we will accept the return and cover return shipping regardless of condition.

Pack & Ship

Pack the product securely, affix the prepaid label, and drop it off at any compatible carrier location. Return shipping is free — we cover it.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
  • The full purchase price ($69.99) is refunded — no deductions for original shipping (it was free)
  • Return shipping is free — we provide a prepaid label
  • Processing time after we receive the return: up to 3 business days
  • Bank processing time: 5–10 business days from our end

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrived damaged, defective, or not as described, email us at pulsereliefpillow@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at your preference — at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or physical abuse by the buyer
  • Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery
