Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery (not order date)
- The product must be in its original condition — not damaged by misuse
- The cover must be included (and may be washed before returning)
- The vibration unit must be free of physical damage caused by the buyer
Normal wear from product use does not disqualify a return. If the product arrived damaged or defective, we will accept the return and cover return shipping regardless of condition.
How to Return

Pack & Ship
Pack the product securely, affix the prepaid label, and drop it off at any compatible carrier location. Return shipping is free — we cover it.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Refund Details
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
- The full purchase price ($69.99) is refunded — no deductions for original shipping (it was free)
- Return shipping is free — we provide a prepaid label
- Processing time after we receive the return: up to 3 business days
- Bank processing time: 5–10 business days from our end
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrived damaged, defective, or not as described, email us at pulsereliefpillow@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at your preference — at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or physical abuse by the buyer
- Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery
